AEW Dynasty 2025 is fast approaching, as the promotion is heading to the Liacouras Center next weekend on April 6 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for the second annual edition of the PPV. The final card is gradually taking shape, and another match was added to the show on last night’s episode of AEW Collision.
The tensions between TNT Champion Daniel Garcia and Adam Cole have been heating up in recent weeks, as their alliance and friendship has become thin due to Cole’s desire to be the brand new TNT Champion. Earlier this month, a title match between the pair on Collision was brought to an early end due to the interfering Shane Taylor Promotions faction, and their next match ended in a 20-minute time limit draw. Cole noted this is in a promo on Collision, stating that neither of them got the job done.
Cole made the challenge a promo segment, and it was agreed that the two would do battle one more time, though this time their title match will have no interference and no time limit, ensuring that there is a winner. It was noted this week that in terms of the AEW World Tag Team Titles, plans have recently changed for the show.
The updated match card for AEW Dynasty 2025 is as follows;
Jon Moxley (c) vs. Swerve Strickland - AEW World Championship
Toni Storm (c) vs. Megan Bayne - AEW Women’s World Championship
Kenny Omega (c) vs. Speedball Mike Bailey vs. Ricochet - International Championship
The Death Riders (c) vs. Rated-FTR - AEW World Trios Championship
Chris Jericho (c) vs. Bandido - ROH World Championship, Title Vs. Mask
Daniel Garcia (c) vs. Adam Cole - TNT Championship
