KC Navarro has undergone surgery to repair a torn ACL and the TNA wrestling performer will be out of action for the foreseeable future.

Navarro sustained the injury at TNA Slammiversary during the Four-Way Ladder Match for the TNA World Tag Team Titles. It was announced on the post-Slammiversary edition of IMPACT that Navarro required ACL surgery, an announcement that led to AJ Francis kicking him out of First Class and bringing back Rich Swann to replace Navarro.

In a video on social media, Navarro announced he was undergoing surgery on Tuesday, August 12.

"You guys saw what happened on IMPACT. It was unfortunate, but now it's time to start the road to recovery and to get back and show the world what I'm truly capable of. To anybody I'm letting down, I'm sorry, but I know one thing that keeps me positive is that God has a plan for everything, and there's a reason why this is all happening, and there's a reason why God wants this to happen," Navarro said.

After returning to TNA Wrestling in 2024, KC Navarro signed with the promotion in October of last year on a multi-year deal.
