Following Cesaro's departure from WWE last week, All Elite President Tony Khan was asked if he had any interest in signing the former WWE United States Champion on the pre-Revolution media call.

"I do like him a lot and I have to say, I met him many years ago and he's a real gentleman. I have a ton of respect for him as a pro wrestler and think he's a great athlete, a phenomenal athlete. His strength's tip-top, very few peers in the power department. Also, mentally, he puts great matches together, has great psychology. Just a great guy. It's always something I would be open to," Khan said.

Cesaro (Claudio Castagnoli) spent the last 11 years in WWE but left the company after they were unable to agree to terms on a new contract. The Swiss Cyborg's exit was reportedly more of a WWE decision as the promotion made him an offer he didn't like.

Where Cesaro will end up next is currently unknown but fans have speculated we could see a Kings Of Wrestling reunion with Chris Hero.
