Ring of Honor is set for the third pay-per-view of the Tony Khan era when Final Battle airs on December 10.

In an unusual move, Final Battle is set to air early, with a 2 pm/8 pm GMT start time for the Zero Hour pre-show, with the main card set to kick off at 3 pm/9 pm GMT.

ROH President Tony Khan has revealed why Final Battle is set for such an early kick-off time, telling Sports Illustrated:

“The college football landscape changes on that day, so it’s a unique opportunity for us to run in the afternoon and see if there is a market for us. There is a great game between Army and Navy, but it’s not a typical big-conference college football Saturday. It’s a great opportunity for us. It will be different for us in the afternoon, but we’re excited for it. We’re going to deliver a great show for wrestling fans,” said Khan.

No matches have been announced for Final Battle, but it is believed that ROH World Tag Team Champions FTR, Bryan Danielson, and current ROH World Champion Chris Jericho are scheduled for the event.
