Khan has made significant additions in 2021

Tony Khan has promised more new signings and fresh faces in All Elite Wrestling in 2022 but admits he will need to be 'more discerning than ever' when it comes to acquiring new talent.
A significant number of free agents made the switch to AEW in 2021 amid WWE continually allowing big-name talent to depart and ROH going on hiatus, leading to Khan making a number of additions to his roster.
While the AEW President is open to signing even more names, he notes that he will need to be particularly selective about who he opts to bring in going forward.
Speaking to TV Insider, Khan said: "We will continue expanding the roster. Absolutely, there will be more people coming into AEW,
"I do think I have to be more discerning than ever in talent acquisition because we have such a strong roster. I was aggressively expanding with the launch of Rampage. We made some big signings in the past including CM Punk. Bryan Danielson, Adam Cole, Ruby Soho, Thunder Rosa, Kyle O’Reilly, Bobby Fish, Andrade El Idolo, Malakai Black. Christian Cage and many others.
"We’ve also continued our partnerships with great international companies like New Japan Pro Wrestling and Lucha Libre AAA. We have a lot of great talent working, but it’s time for me to be more discerning than ever in terms of acquisitions."
