Tony Khan On Major AEW UK Show At Craven Cottage: "Watch This Space"

Tony Khan would love to hold a major AEW show at Fulham FC's Craven Cottage and the All Elite Wrestling president told fans to "watch this space" while speaking to DAZN.

"Something big at Craven Cottage is something I'd love to pull off. Both that place and AEW are very important to me so having our first UK event there in West London is something that can be worked on. That's a perfect way to kick off a live event for our UK fans so watch this space in regards to that. It's definitely something I’d love to do," Khan stated. 

Khan hasn't decided if AEW will tour the United Kingdom as of yet, though. 

"I'm still not sure on a full tour yet. There's going to come a time when that happens but for now, I just think one big show at Craven Cottage would be something else and leave the fans wanting more. There are so many goals for myself and AEW, and coming to the UK is certainly something I'm looking at," Khan added.

While Khan may not have officially announced the event, AEW are reportedly planning to run a show at Craven Cottage in 2022.

AEW originally planned to hold Fyter Fest 2020 in London but those plans were derailed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Running Craven Cottage wouldn't be a problem for AEW as Tony Khan is the vice chairman and director of football operations at Fulham FC.
