Tony Khan Says AEW All In's Gate Was "Several Times The Price" Of ROH

Tony Khan made his money back from ROH purchase with the All In event

AEW All In was a roaring success last week, breaking the record for the highest paid attendance in professional wrestling history. It made a lot of money - even more than the price of what ROH cost Tony Khan to buy.

Tony Khan spoke at the Starrcast edition of AEW Unrestricted, and spoke about buying ROH and acquiring its library - which included the original All In show in 2018 and the name for the event. He explained how he wanted to avoid being sued by ROH so used “All Out” instead. When talking about the recent All In, he revealed that it made much more money than what it cost to buy ROH in the first place, making it a clever investment and profitable endeavour.

"It is part of our video library. When I purchased Ring of Honor, Ring of Honor produced the show, I was able to buy the tape in the sale, which was a very lucrative part of the sale. In fact, the gate for Wembley Stadium at All In was several times the price of the entire company. I got quite a steal, to say the least.”
