Tony Khan Says Major AEW Announcements Are Coming Soon

Tony Khan Has Teased More Major Announcements Coming Soon For AEW In 2023

When it comes to AEW owner Tony Khan, it feels as though major announcements are never too far away. The most recent announcement was the birth of a new behind-the-scenes reality show called AEW All Access, which is beginning on March 29.

In a tweet, Tony Khan revealed that the announcements aren’t stopping in 2023: “2023 will be the biggest year yet for AEW, I have major announcements coming soon that are important to AEW & our fans!”

There is currently no telling what these announcements will be, but there are several possibilities such as a second AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door PPV, a streaming service deal for AEW, a new TV deal for next year, the debut of new shows or a change to Rampage, and perhaps even some new signings too.

In the past, Khan’s big announcements have included the first Forbidden Door event and his purchase of Ring Of Honor, both of which were quite substantial pieces of news for the professional wrestling industry.
