Tony Khan Says The AEW Hall Of Fame-Worthy Signing Is A "Huge, Huge Star"

Who will it be?

During his All Elite Wrestling debut on Wednesday, Paul Wight announced a "hall of fame-worthy talent" would be debuting in the promotion at the Revolution pay-per-view. Wight didn't reveal much else, only that "it's not who you think."

Tony Khan provided additional details about Wight's announcement on the AEW Unrestricted podcast and he noted the new talent is a "huge, huge star" who will be joining on a multi-year deal.

"He told the world and it's true that there's going to be a big star signed with AEW and he's coming here. And it's absolutely true what Paul said. This Sunday a major star in the world of wrestling, a huge, huge star is gonna come and sign a multi-year contract with AEW on Sunday at the pay-per-view. So I can confirm what Paul said is true. And I'm not talking about the person in the Ladder match," Khan said.

The wrestling world will ultimately have to wait until Sunday to find out who the new signing is, but the likes of Rob Van Dam, CM Punk and Kurt Angle have all been mentioned in the conversation. The Voice Of The Voiceless has said it's "100% not me," however.
