Top Name Says Goodbye To TNA At Orlando Tapings

A former world champion seemingly said their goodbyes to TNA Wrestling

After reports had previously indicated that former TNA Knockouts World Champion Trinity’s contract was expiring with the promotion, news began to spread that the former Naomi was heading back to WWE sooner rather than later. Trinity would drop her title to Jordynne Grace at the TNA Hard To Kill 2024 PLE, and followed this up by appearing at last night’s TNA tapings in Orlando. Some spoilers for the show follow.

In the main event of the tapings, Jordynne Grace & Trinity teamed up to take on Gisele Shaw & Savannah Evans in a winning effort. Following the match, Trinity took to the mic and issued her apparent goodbyes to TNA, as shown in a clip posted by X user Scott Fishman of SEScoops.

"Coming to TNA has been life-changing for me, both inside and outside the ring. I feel honored to work with such a strong division, an incredible group of women. What a champion we have here. Whenever y’all think of TNA, I want y’all to think of me, Trin-TNA. Thank you for coming out, we love you.”

Trinity may not have officially said “goodbye”, but this certainly felt like a final farewell as she wraps things up with the company ahead of what is believed to be an impending WWE comeback.
