Toxic Attraction Implodes On WWE NXT

Jacy Jayne turns on Gigi Dolin, ending Toxic Attraction

Toxic Attraction is no more.

Following their loss to Roxanne Perez in the NXT Women's Championship match at Vengeance Day, Jacy Jayne and Gigi Dolin were the guests on a special NXT edition of Bayley's "Ding Dong, Hello!" talk show.

Both Dolin and Jayne initially blamed each other for allowing Roxanne Perez to win on February 4 but the team soon put aside their differences following some mediation from Bayley, telling each other they would always be sisters. Toxic Attraction then teased singles runs before mentioning they could challenge Damage CTRL for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships.

That notion was quickly shot down by Bayley and Toxic Attraction then hugged and looked to celebrate to end the segment. Jacy Jayne suddenly superkicked Gigi Dolin out of nowhere, though, before she sent her Toxic Attraction partner crashing into the Ding Dong, Hello! door. Jayne then kicked Dolin in the head as Gigi cried to end the segment.

Jayne and Dolin initially started teaming together in August of 2021 and they formed Toxic Attraction with Mandy Rose a couple of weeks later following the NXT 2.0 revamp. Jayne and Dolin went on to become two-time NXT Women's Tag Team Champions while Mandy Rose was NXT Women's Champion from October 2021 until December 2022.

Rose was released after dropping the NXT Women's Title due to explicit content on her FanTime page. Jayne and Dolin continued as a tag team following Rose's exit until the turn on the February 7 edition of NXT.
