Travis Scott Training To Wrestle, Discussed For Future WWE Matches

Rap superstar Travis Scott has reportedly been discussed for future WWE matches after undergoing wrestling training.

Fightful Select reported that Scott had been training at an unnamed 'WWE legend's' training school and that future matches have been talked about internally. Fightful's report noted that there is no timetable on when that could occur, however.

Travis Scott and WWE have partnered together several times in recent months. His song 4x4 is the theme tune to WWE Raw and the rapper appeared on the January 6 Netflix debut show alongside Jey Uso.

The Grammy-nominated artist was shown smoking a joint during his appearance. Though it was not approved ahead of time, there was reportedly no heat on him for it.

This past weekend at Elimination Chamber, Scott was in the ring with The Rock, John Cena and Cody Rhodes when Cena turned heel on Rhodes and aligned with The Final Boss.

Fightful added that, while most in the company didn't know Scott would be involved in the heavy-duty angle, they've since heard that the wheels had been in motion to include him in a major angle since mid-January.
