Triple H Elevated To WWE Chief Content Officer

An elevation for Triple H

While news of the promotion had already emerged courtesy of an 8-K filing, WWE officially announced today that Paul 'Triple H' Levesque has been elevated to Chief Content Officer.

As part of his role, the WWE Hall of Famer will oversee "Creative Writing, Talent Relations, Live Events, Talent Development and Creative Services." He will report to co-CEO Nick Khan.

"WWE is one of the most prolific producers of premium content in the world and I look forward to this amazing opportunity. Having spent my entire career in this business, I'm confident that we have the right pieces in place to continue to grow our audience and deliver for our fans around the world," Triple H said.

Triple H took over as Executive Vice President of Talent Relations in late July. He was then appointed head of WWE creative a few days later following Vince McMahon's resignation as Chairman and CEO.

Furthermore, Frank A. Riddick III has been appointed WWE President. He remains in his role as Chief Financial Officer. He will report to co-CEOs Stephanie McMahon and Nick Khan.
