Triple H Now In Control Of WWE Hall Of Fame

Triple H will decide on Hall of Fame inductees

Ever since the very first inductee of the WWE Hall of Fame in Andre The Giant back in 1993, the head at the decision-making table for inductees has been Vince McMahon. This is now no longer the case.

Triple H has taken the mantle in various aspects when it comes to running WWE, most notably as Chief Content Officer, in which Triple H is now Head of Creative with McMahon having no say in what goes on within WWE programming anymore. According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer, Triple H will also have full freedom over the Hall of Fame for the first ever time.

It is noted that the rules surrounding minorities, characters, and women would remain the same, though Triple H would likely be more open to accepting more or different individuals both from WWE’s past and names who were important to the professional wrestling world outside of WWE. The Hall of Fame is something that, according to Meltzer, falls under WWE creative, so anything to do with it would have to be signed off by Triple H.
