Triple H Touts "Big Plans" For WWE SummerSlam

WWE are heading to Cleveland, Ohio for the 2024 edition of SummerSlam, with Logan Paul revealing on IMPAULSIVE that SummerSlam will emanate from Cleveland Browns Stadium on Saturday, August 3. Friday Night SmackDown will also take place at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse on August 2 ahead of SummerSlam. 

"The city of Cleveland and WWE have a rich history that spans decades. We are excited to bring SummerSlam, SmackDown and a full slate of events to town in partnership with Haslam Sports Group and the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission," WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H said in a press release.

As part of the announcement, Logan Paul teased wrestling LeBron James at the event, This prompted Triple H to tout that WWE have "big plans" for SummerSlam but they may need to iron out the pitch made by Logan Paul. 

"We've got big plans for #SummerSlam's big return to Cleveland this year. PS @LoganPaul, we'll need to iron out those details a bit..." Triple H tweeted.

August 3 will be the first time SummerSlam has taken place in Cleveland since August 1996. 

Logan Paul has been a part of WWE as an in-ring talent since 2022. He recently expanded his partnership with WWE and PRIME will sponsor the ring mat for all WWE pay-per-views moving forward.
