Two AEW Talents Taking Time Off

Two All Elite Wrestling talents are taking some time off. 

According to Fightful Select, Julia Hart and Lee Johnson will be off AEW and Ring of Honor programming as they are taking time away from the promotions for their wedding and honeymoon. The couple's engagement was announced back in September 2022. 

Julia Hart has been a featured performer in All Elite Wrestling in recent months. She had been on a big undefeated streak until the House of Black member unsuccessfully challenged Kris Statlander for the TBS Championship at WrestleDream on October 1. Hart also proved to be somewhat of a ratings draw as her match with Kiera Hogan on the September 23 episode of Collision was the highest-rated segment in the 18-49 demo on the show. 

Lee Johnson made his AEW debut back in April 2020 and he signed a long-term deal with the promotion in February 2021. He has been a part of the Nightmare Family and The Factory. 

Johnson has been a regular on Ring of Honor TV since the beginning of August, facing the likes of Gravity, Shane Taylor, Claudio Castagnoli, Lee Moriarty, and Darius Martin.
