Two Matches Added To WWE Elimination Chamber

The card expands...

WWE has officially added two matches to this Sunday's Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, bringing the total number of matches to seven.

The first is a handicap match for the WWE Intercontinental title, as Bobby Lashley teams with mouthpiece Lio Rush, collectively defending the belt against Finn Balor. The rivalry stems from a beatdown on Balor by Lashley the night following the Royal Rumble. Balor would defeat Rush in a singles match on last week's Raw.

In the other match, Braun Strowman goes one on one with Baron Corbin, in a rematch from the TLC pay-per-view in December. That match, however, was compromised by Strowman having a real life elbow injury, so the bout was reduced to a group beatdown of Corbin by various babyfaces.

Other matches scheduled for Sunday include Raw Women's Champion Ronda Rousey vs. Ruby Riott, Cruiserweight Champion Buddy Murphy vs. Akira Tozawa, SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Miz and Shane McMahon vs. The Usos, an Elimination Chamber match to determine the new WWE Women's Tag Team Champions, and another Chamber bout for Daniel Bryan's WWE Championship. In that bout, Mustafa Ali is due to be replaced due to injury.
