Two Money In The Bank Qualifiers Set For SmackDown

WWE have announced two qualifiers for the Money in the Bank ladder matches

WWE has gotten the wheels spinning already for next month’s Money in the Bank PPV from London, England, as two qualifiers have been announced for next week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown on June 2.

This marks the first time for a while in which qualifiers for the Money in the Bank ladder matches have been a thing, with WWE tending to simply just announce the fields fully ahead of time without anyone earning a spot. Next week, LA Knight and Montez Ford will do battle to get a spot in the men’s ladder match, following on from their few weeks of bad blood.

Additionally, Zelina Vega will look to bounce back from her SmackDown Women’s Championship match loss to Rhea Ripley at Backlash 2023 as she goes one-on-one with Lacey Evans to try and earn a spot in the women’s ladder match.

Next week’s current SmackDown card is as follows;

  • LA Knight vs. Montez Ford - Money In The Bank Qualifier
  • Lacey Evans vs. Zelina Vega - Money In The Bank Qualifier
  • Celebration for Roman Reigns’ 1000 days as world champion
