Two More Matches Added To Wednesday's NXT
To go along with a title bout...
WWE has brought the announced match card for Wednesday's episode of NXT to a total of five, with two more additions announced on Saturday.
NXT champion Keith Lee will be in action, taking on Cameron Grimes. The match stems from Grimes' attempt at jumping Lee, only to get taken down with a Spirit Bomb. Grimes swore revenge in a post-angle promo, and the two will now square off Wednesday in what is apparently a non-title match.
Also in action will be Bronson Reed, as he takes on Shane Thorne. Reed has qualified for the North American title ladder match at TakeOver XXX after defeating Roderick Strong and Johnny Gargano, and will wrestle Thorne in something akin to a tune-up.
The current match card for Wednesday night's episode of NXT is as follows:
*NXT Tag Team: Imperium (Marcel Barthel & Fabian Aichner) (c) vs. Undisputed ERA (Kyle O'Reilly & Bobby Fish)
*NXT Women's Championship Number One Contender Match: Rhea Ripley vs. Dakota Kai
*Keith Lee vs. Cameron Grimes
*Bronson Reed vs. Shane Thorne
*Ridge Holland makes his debut
