Two Returns Take Place At NXT Live Event

NXT headed to the Lakeland Armory in Lakeland, Florida for a live event, and it proved to be a very notable show as two wrestlers made their respective returns to the ring. 

Firstly, second-generation star Arianna Grace returned to take on Adrianna Rizzo, losing out in her comeback matchup after issuing an open challenge to anyone in the NXT women’s division. Grace has not competed since all the way back in July where she competed against Karmen Petrovic on an episode of NXT. In the months that followed she sported a sling and appeared on both NXT and TNA as a liaison between the two brands. Her father, the former Santino Marella, is a member of TNA. 

Later on in the show, former Chase U member Thea Hail made her in-ring return. She had been on NXT programming as part of the Chase U storyline, but had not wrestled in a match since back in August 2024 on a live event. Prior to that, her last television match came at Great American Bash where she lost an NXT Women’s Title match to Roxanne Perez. Hail also lost in her return match, getting beaten by Jacy Jayne.
