Two Title Matches, More Scheduled For Next Friday's WWE SmackDown

Including a "love story"...

WWE has announced three total matches, as well as a special segment, for next Friday's episode of SmackDown

In a rematch from this past Sunday's Extreme Rules pay-per-view, Bayley defends her SmackDown Women's title against Nikki Cross. Cross defeated tag team partner Alexa Bliss on Friday's telecast to earn the shot, scoring the pin with an inside cradle.

Bayley had announced she'd give either of them a shot next week if they faced each other, with the apparent intention of trying to turn Bliss and Cross against one another.

AJ Styles will be in action, defending his Intercontinental title against Gran Metalik of Lucha House Party. To earn the shot, Metalik defeated Chad Gable, Drew Gulak, and stablemate Lince Dorado in a fatal four way on Friday night's show.

In addition to the two title matches, Naomi goes one on one with Lacey Evans. Evans defeated Naomi in a brief match on last week's show.

Also advertised is an appearance from Otis and Mandy Rose, who haven't been on the show in recent weeks. The graphic for the appearance advertises that, "The Love Story Continues".
