Two Titles Change Hands At IMPACT Turning Point

Busy night in Nashville...

A pair of title changes occurred at IMPACT Wrestling's Turning Point event in Nashville on Saturday night, as part of a nine match card at Skyway Studios.

New Tag Team champions were crowned when Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson of The Good Brothers defeated Ethan Page and Josh Alexander of The North. The finish came after Page was hit with the Magic Killer.

Though Gallows wrestled for IMPACT close to a decade ago as a member of Aces and Eights, this marks his first championship with the promotion.

The North were in their second reign as champions, having regained the belts in a four-way match at Bound For Glory on October 24.

Also changing hands was IMPACT's Knockouts championship, as Deonna Purrazzo regained the belt from Su Yung in a No Disqualification match.

The finish came after Purrazzo escaped a predicament in which Yung was strangling her with a rope, and went on to finish the champion with the Cosa Nostra piledriver.

This is Purrazzo's second reign as champion. Yung had defeated Purrazzo for the title at Bound For Glory last month, as a last-minute fill-in for Kylie Rae.
