Two WWE NXT UK Championship Matches Confirmed For December
The NXT UK Women’s and Tag Team Championships will be on the line next month
WWE NXT UK have set dates for two upcoming title bouts, with the NXT UK Women’s Championship and NXT UK Tag Team Championships to be defended in December.
In the women’s division, Xia Brookside will take on NXT UK Women’s Champion Meiko Satomura on December 2, with Brookside weaselling her way into the title picture because she is the daughter of NXT coach Robbie Brookside. Xia Brookside has been using her family name to undermine ad overrule Sid Scala, but whether she can overcome Satomura is another question.
In the NXT UK tag division, champions Pretty Deadly will put the gold on the line against perennial favourites Moustache Mountain on December 9, after Tyler Bate and Trent Seven won a four-way number one contender's match for the title opportunity. Pretty Deadly have had possession of the titles for over 270 days, having taken the belts from Gallus back in February.
These aren’t the only NXT UK titles on the line next month, after it was earlier announced that NXT UK Champion Ilja Dragunov will defend his title against Rampage Brown on December 2.
