UFC's Paddy Pimblett Interested In WWE Run
Could we see Paddy Pimblett in WWE?
UFC star Paddy Pimblett is interested in crossing over to WWE, partly because the company pays "big money."
After being asked by DAZN if he had considered having a run in WWE, Paddy 'The Baddy' said:
"Yes, I have thought about that to be honest. I have because I used to love the WWE growing up. Shawn Michaels, The Heartbreak Kid is my favourite fighter. I'd love to Sweet Chin Music someone in the cage in the UFC. D-Generation X, when I was even younger, X-Pac was my favourite wrestler.
"So yeah, I would. WWE pays big money as well and you've got to have a character, you've got to have a personality and I've got a personality, so it would work. So yeah, Triple H, if you ever wanted to sign me up, just let me know I'll make an appearance for some cash."
WWE and UFC are closely connected as both companies are owned by TKO Group Holdings, the Endeavor-owned organisation. WWE and UFC have begun to combine departments since the merger was completed in September 2023 and WWE even held NXT Battleground at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Paddy Pimblett has been signed with UFC since 2021, having previously fought in Cage Warriors. His MMA record is 22-3.
