The Las Vegas Stadium Authority has announced the attendance for WWE WrestleMania 42, which took place at Allegiant Stadium for the second year in a row on April 18 and April 19.
Ahead of the organisation's quarterly meeting, it was announced that night one of WrestleMania 42 drew 47,093 fans and 50,033 fans attended night two of WrestleMania, drawing a total number of 97,126. This was down from WWE's official WrestleMania attendance announced by John Cena of 50,186 on WrestleMania Saturday and 55,255 on WrestleMania Sunday for a total of 106,072. WrestleTix's estimates, meanwhile, noted 50,385 tickets were distributed for night one of WrestleMania and 51,266 tickets for night two for 101,652 tickets distributed overall.
The attendance from the Las Vegas Stadium Authority was down from 2025's WrestleMania 41 of a total attendance of 118,641 at Allegiant Stadium. Pollstar suggested that 113,142 tickets were sold for WrestleMania 41, but the number of tickets sold for WrestleMania 42 has yet to be revealed.
Multiple reasons were cited for WrestleMania 42 attendance falling from WrestleMania 41, notably tourism to Las Vegas as a whole being down, the higher travel costs compared to WrestleMania 41, and the initial price of WrestleMania 42 tickets.
The gate for WrestleMania 42 is currently unknown, but TKO cited in their Q2 2026 earnings report that WWE live events were down $33.7 million compared to 2025, with the drop "almost exclusively related to WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas." WrestleMania 41 was the biggest gate in pro wrestling history with a total of over $66 million.
