All Elite Wrestling held their latest special Blood & Guts edition of Dynamite on Wednesday, November 4, in Jacksonville, Florida, and there is an update on Darby Allin's condition coming out of the show.

Allin, as usual, was involved in some of the major spots in Blood & Guts, including after the match when he was thrown from the top of the cage through a pile of tables by Wardlow. According to Bryan Alvarez of Wrestling Observer, Darby Allin is okay following Dynamite. There was briefly concern about one of Darby's teeth after his own knee struck him in the face on a Michinoku Driver but he was ultimately all right.

The reigning TNT Champion was on the losing side in the men's Blood & Guts Match as Darby Allin, Will Ospreay, Adam Copeland, Steven Borden, and The Young Bucks lost to The Don Callis Family when Adam Copeland quit.

Darby Allin's involvement in Blood & Guts came just days after he completed the New York City Marathon with no training, with Darby noting ahead of Dynamite that he was feeling "every ounce" of running the 26.2 miles.

"Dude, I’m feeling every ounce of that, because everyone’s like, 'Yo, congratulations,' and then I was like, 'Dude, I wished I trained for that.' I didn’t train once for it and little did I know it was only going to be a few days removed from Blood & Guts. And Blood & Guts is the most violent, crazy night of the year for AEW. My legs are feeling all 26.2 miles of that marathon," he told 1010XL.

There was also the second-ever women's Blood & Guts Match on Dynamite, which was won by the babyface team of The Brawling Birds, Wrathlander, Willow Nightingale, and Queen Aminata against Divine Dominion, Triangle of Madness, and Persephone.

Alvarez further noted that everyone in both Blood & Guts matches appears to be okay following the event.
