Update On Former AEW Talent Joining TNA

A former talent for All Elite Wrestling looks set to make their debut for TNA in the near future.

Fightful Select has reported that Bear Bronson is scheduled for TNA's tapings in El Paso, Texas. TNA will run three shows in El Paso beginning with Final Resolution on Friday, December 5. Saturday, December 6 and Sunday, December 7 will feature two days of TNA IMPACT tapings to complete the Anthem-owned promotion's schedule for the year.

It emerged this week that TNA had held talks with Bear Bronson and were interested in him working the El Paso tapings. TNA were hopeful he would sign with them if talks went well.

Bear Bronson was a part of AEW from December 2020 until his contract expired on May 31, 2025, although he hadn't been used by the promotion this year. Bronson was part of Bear Country/The Iron Savages with Bear Boulder, but Bronson cut ties with Boulder (real name Thomas 'Tommy' Wansaw) after he was arrested for battery by strangulation in January 2025.

While Bronson didn't wrestle for AEW in 2025 prior to his contract expiring, he has been active on the independent wrestling scene throughout the year, wrestling 89 matches across a number of companies, including GCW, Beyond Wrestling, and ICW No Holds Barred.
