Update On Injury To Major WWE NXT Star

One of the top stars in WWE NXT looks set for a stint on the sidelines, with reports noting that WWE booked a Title vs. Title Match between Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer for NXT Roadblock because one of the wrestlers is injured and needs time off. It has since been noted that NXT Women's Champion Giulia is the wrestler with an injury.

In an update on the situation, Mike Johnson of PWInsider has reported that Giulia is not suffering from a major injury but she is dealing with "bumps and bruises" which happen when performing at her level. Despite the injury, Giulia is still scheduled to face Vaquer at Roadblock.

Giulia became a full-time talent on WWE NXT in September of 2024. She won the NXT Women's Championship from Roxanne Perez at New Year's Evil on January 7, 2025.

WWE NXT Roadblock will emanate from The Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Tuesday, March 11. Tickets are still available for the show.
