Update On Lars Sullivan's WWE Injury

We haven't seen The Freak since just after Super ShowDown...

Last week, it was reported here, there, and everywhere that Lars Sullivan has been struggling with an injury.

This week, per the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it has been revealed The Freak's injury knock is worse than WWE first feared and he could be out of action for six to nine months.

For the avoidance of any doubt, here's what the latest WON is saying: "Sullivan’s knee injury reported on last week was worse than anticipated but we don’t know more details than that. He underwent an MRI during the week. The only stuff we’ve heard is that the company believes he will be out six to nine months."

Sullivan's last WWE match took place on the Monday Night Raw after Super ShowDown where he obliterated the Lucha House Party.

After all of his reported anxiety issues at the start of the year, that matchup was only the former NXT star's second of the year so far.

The other occurred at Super ShowDown itself, where LHP got themselves disqualified before Lars took them all out.
