There was an injury scare on the April 7 edition of Monday Night Raw during the segment between IYO SKY, Rhea Ripley, and Bianca Belair.

Rhea Ripley was officially added to the Women's World Title match at WrestleMania 41 on Raw to make the contest a Triple Threat. After the match was announced, though, IYO SKY moved to leave the ring before she suddenly hit Rhea Ripley with a Springboard Shotgun Dropkick. This sent Ripley's face smashing into Belair's shoulder and there was some concern from fans for Ripley after the segment was over.

Despite the rough bump, Ripley is believed to be okay following Raw, Sean Ross Sapp reported on the Fightful post-Raw show.

"IYO SKY hits a Springboard Dropkick on Rhea. At the time, I was like, 'Oh my God, is Rhea going to make it to this match?' Fractured orbital, broken nose,  whatever it might be. The people I spoke to backstage said she seemed all right, in good spirits and all that good stuff. But it was definitely one of those moments where a lot of people went, ‘Oh sh*t, is she okay?' Tough woman," Sean Ross Sapp said.

Ripley appears to have avoided serious injury, although she did share a photo on social media with a bruised nose following Raw.
