Update On ROH's Return

What next for ROH?

Ring Of Honor are set to return from their Q1 2022 hiatus on April 1 with Supercard Of Honor but further details have emerged about the company's plans following the event.

In a live chat on Facebook, Ian Riccaboni revealed ROH will hold a set of TV tapings at Philadelphia's 2300 Arena on April 10 and a new logo and set design will be unveiled.

An "ROH favourite" could also return following Supercard Of Honor and Riccaboni noted the promotion are in negotiations with the individual to face the winner of Jonathan Gresham vs. Bandido.

Fightful Select noted Ring Of Honor have planned dates well beyond April, however, with tentative dates scheduled until the end of the year, including further TV tapings.

As expected, talent will be working in ROH on a freelance basis and this will be the case for the majority of wrestlers moving forward.

If Ring Of Honor will still be owned by Sinclair Broadcasting Group at the end of 2022 remains unclear, though, and there are reportedly parties interested in buying the promotion.
