Update On Rumoured WWE Stable Of Rusev, Ethan Page & Big Cass

While a trio of Ethan Page, Big Cass and Rusev may be in the works within WWE, the wrestlers themselves haven't been told about it.

Ibou on Self Made Sessions recently reported that fans should expect Rusev, Ethan Page and Big Cass to become a "formal stable imminently" on WWE programming. Fightful Select, however, has noted that any plans to create a new stable had not been relayed to the three wrestlers as of last week.

Rusev even addressed the rumours of the potential stable on TMZ's Inside the Ring, having seemingly requested for the interviewers to ask him about the subject, with the former Miro claiming it was "very internet booking."

"It's very internet booking. We have one, two, three bad guys, let's put them together. I have not heard anything about this, but also I don’t know if I’m okay with that either. That guy, I left for a couple of months, got hurt, then I got the sickness, then I have the kid, and Page just goes out there and finds another tall guy to back him up. F you bro, you never called me, you never texted me, you never checked on me. You’re just going to go and find yourself a big goof? Good for you. I don’t want to be associated with people like that," Rusev stated.

Rusev and Ethan Page had been aligned on WWE TV since the spring of 2026 until Rusev took time off following the July 27 edition of Monday Night Raw when he experienced numbness in his hands during a match with Je'Von Evans. Rusev then suffered from an undisclosed illness but he was cleared to make his WWE return in September.

The 40-year-old has remained absent from WWE TV, however, with Fightful further noting that CJ Perry's pregnancy, which was announced last week, was another reason for his extended hiatus as the married couple have known for at least a couple of months. Rusev did wrestle at WWE's house shows in Hawaii on October 16 and October 17, though.

Amidst Rusev's absence, Ethan Page has formed an alliance with his former Firm stablemate Big Cass and the duo defeated WWE Intercontinental Champion Chad Gable and Dragon Lee in a tag team match on last week's Raw.
