WWE have major plans for Saudi Arabia in 2026, with it being announced earlier this year that the company will hold three shows in the Middle East in 2026, including the Royal Rumble.

In addition to the Royal Rumble, Fightful Select has reported that WWE's other 2026 shows in Saudi Arabia are tentatively planned to take place in May and November, respectively. While Survivor Series often takes place in November over Thanksgiving weekend, Fightful noted that the Saudi show either won't be Survivor Series or the event would be moved away from its usual weekend as WWE sources don't envision the company sending talent on an overseas tour during that holiday weekend.

WWE have often held shows in Saudi Arabia in early November, notably Crown Jewel.

WWE have worked with the Gulf state since 2018 and each show is worth approximately $55 million to WWE, although the deal for the Royal Rumble is believed to be worth more. The relationship between WWE and Saudi Arabia will remain in effect until at least 2027.

One of WWE's top stars in CM Punk recently apologised to Saudi Arabia over a tweet he made in January 2020.
