César Cuauhtémoc González Barrón, known the world over as Silver King, among several other identities, passed away during a match in London, England on Saturday.
The 51-year-old was working with Juventud Guerrera during a match for Lucha Libre World at The Roundhouse in London. After hitting Guerrera with a flying clothesline, Silver King went for the cover, which Guerrera kicked out of. Immediately after, Silver King became very still. After stalling for a bit, Guerrera scored a sudden pinfall, with Silver King clearly unresponsive.
The rest of the show was then cancelled.
