Viewership Up But 18-49 Demo Falls For AEW Dynamite: Winter Is Coming

The largest viewership since November 17

AEW Dynamite's Winter Is Coming special saw an increase in overall viewership.

According to ShowBuzz Daily, this week's 'Winter Is Coming' edition of AEW Dynamite averaged at 948,000 viewers on TNT, which is an increase of 8.7 per cent from the December 8 episode of Dynamite.

This is the highest overall viewership for Dynamite since November 17.

However, in the key 18-49 demographic, AEW Dynamite's 'Winter Is Coming' secured only a 0.31 rating. That is a slight decline of 3.1 per cent from last week's show and means Winter Is Coming is tied for the programme's lowest ever rating in the crucal category since May 19.

In the individual demographics, Dynamite saw a large increase of 25.7 per cent in viewership with people over 50-years-old, which was the key reason for the show's overall audience growth.

The program was also up 18.8 per cent with males aged 12-34 but a drop with women between 18-49 of 10 per cent equated to the key demographic decrease.
