Vince McMahon Loves The Rusev & Lana Storyline So Much He Made Sure He Didn't Miss The Wedding On WWE Raw

Last week, Paul Davis at WrestlingNews.co reported that Vince McMahon loves the current storyline between Rusev, Bobby Lashley and Lana and was "very happy" with how the wedding segment on the December 30th episode of Raw went.
On the latest episode of The Jerry Lawler Show, the Raw commentator shed more light into how committed McMahon is to the angle as he explained WWE's CEO loves the storyline so much he made sure he was in the arena when the segment aired despite having important meetings to attend.
Lawler explained that McMahon was at the XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut until 2 pm but had to leave as he had a number of meetings about the launch of the XFL. With the boss away from his office, Lawler and Mark Carrano chose to move from the Talent Relations office into Vince's space as they thought he was gone for the day. Lawler then recalled that someone told him that McMahon was heading back to the arena at 5:30 pm as he didn't want to miss the wedding.
Lawler said: "He actually left Hartford, Connecticut at 2 o’clock in the afternoon and everybody thought he was gone. Vince has his own office there, and he told everybody he had to leave. He left, the limousines took him out."
The King then explained that after moving into Vince's office: "Somebody comes in and says, 'Hey, Vince is on his way back, he doesn’t want to miss the wedding!'"
