Vince McMahon Netflix Docuseries Not Heavily Discussed At WWE Raw

WWE talent not really discussing Vince McMahon docuseries

The Mr. McMahon docuseries is now available to stream on Netflix, having been released at 8 am BST/3 am ET on Wednesday, September 25. Pro wrestling fans have been diving into the docuseries but it may not be a big discussion point at WWE TV tapings.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, there was "not a lot of talk" about the Vince McMahon docuseries at Monday's taping of Raw amongst WWE talents. One former WWE talent in Mercedes Moné will be watching the docuseries with a glass of wine and a blunt, however.

The Mr. McMahon docuseries was directed by Chris Smith and produced by Bill Simmons. The project has been in the works since 2019 and additions had to be made in recent years due to the sexual misconduct scandals surrounding McMahon that led to his resignation from WWE and TKO. While still a part of WWE, McMahon saw early footage of the docuseries and then tried to buy back Mr. McMahon from Netflix

Vince McMahon attacked the Mr. McMahon docuseries ahead of the show's release, claiming "a lot has been misrepresented." The former WWE CEO has also parted ways with a "dark arts" PR firm.
