Wardlow Looking Forward To Cutting More Promos On AEW TV

AEW's Wardlow talks about his desire to cut more promos.

Speaking recently to Rick Ucchino on the Bleav in Pro Wrestling podcast, Wardlow talked about his desire to cut more promos on AEW TV:

“I was very excited to show that and I’m excited to have the opportunity to have a microphone in my hand more often. But yeah man, I’m just ready to be myself. I’ve had to be the silent bodyguard [...] and realistically there is a side of me that is very quiet and to myself, but I’m ready just to show the world every aspect of Wardlow, and everything that I can do, because I have so much more to give than what people have seen.”

Wardlow recently cut his first babyface promo on last week's Dynamite, having finally turned on MJF at the Revolution pay per view. MJF called for Wardlow's help during his dog collar match with CM Punk, only for the enforcer to delay in handing over the Dynamite diamond ring. Punk was able to win the match after Wardlow left the weapon on the apron for him to grab, signalling a rapturously-received babyface turn for the big man.

In storyline, Wardlow clarified last week that he's still contracted to work for MJF, but warned that he'll make his former boss' life a misery should he try to keep Wardlow under his command.

H/T to Rick Ucchino and CagesideSeats.
