Why Natalya Was Off WWE TV Revealed

After four months off WWE TV, Natalya made her return on Monday's edition of Raw from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Natalya was Zelina Vega and Lyra Valkyria's mystery partner against the Pure Fusion Collective and the babyface trio ultimately went on to win the match in Natalya's hometown.

Speaking on Growing Up Von Erichs, Natalya revealed why she had been off WWE TV over the past few months:

"Yesterday, Monday Night Raw, I made my return back to the ring. I took the Summer off, I was working on a couple of projects. We were back in Calgary, and that's where my family started. It was so cool to make my re-debut in WWE back in Calgary. My whole family was there, Bret (Hart) was on Raw. I was able to win my match for my team. It was cool. It's always nice to be back home."

Natalya also noted she stepped away from WWE TV for her mental health and the company was understanding of her situation.

Natalya's WWE future had been up in the air for much of 2024 but she ultimately put pen to paper on a new contract in the Summer after reportedly seriously considering leaving WWE for All Elite Wrestling.

Natalya has been signed with WWE since 2007. She is a former Divas, SmackDown Women's, and Women's Tag Team champion.
