Will Ospreay Hopes He Can Work With TNA Again

Will Ospreay hopeful of working with TNA again

Despite his imminent arrival in All Elite Wrestling, Will Ospreay has made it know that he hopes to wrestle in a TNA Wrestling ring again, following on from his recent match at the relaunched brand’s Snake Eyes taping session in Las Vegas.

Ospreay wrestled several times for the then IMPACT Wrestling in 2023 prior to the official TNA re-branding, and following his Snake Eyes bout against Josh Alexander, ‘The Aerial Assassin’ took to X/Twitter to say the following about his love for the brand:

“I will continue to publicly show my support & appreciation to @IMPACTWRESTLING roster, staff & crew. Thank you for allowing me to be part of the return & getting to finally call myself a TNA kid. All the best to that talented group & hopefully we can cross over again,” posted Ospreay.

Whilst TNA and AEW have worked together in the past, the relationship between the two promotions is said to be rocky. Kenny Omega memorably defeated Rich Swann to become TNA IMPACT World Champion during his ‘Belt Collector’ run in 2021, with Christian Cage eventually defeating Omega for the title before dropping it to Josh Alexander.

The last TNA stars to wrestle in an AEW ring were The Motor City Machine Guns, with the team of Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin teaming with Jay Lethal against FTR and Wardlow at All Out 2022.
