Will Ospreay To Make MLW Debut In December

In New York City

It was announced on Wednesday's edition of MLW Fusion ALPHA that Will Ospreay will make his Major League Wrestling debut in December.

The Commonwealth Kingpin's debut is set for MLW's show at the Melrose Ballroom in New York City. No date for the event has been announced as of yet beyond that it will take place in December. MLW haven't held a show in New York City since December 2019.

MLW revealed Ospreay would be debuting in the promotion during the Fightland special on Vice on October 7. The former IWGP World Heavyweight Champion was initially expected to appear at MLW's November 6 show in Philadelphia but he will debut in December instead.

Ospreay has been active within North America and Europe since he suffered a neck injury and was stripped of the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship in May. He has performed for the likes of RevPro, where he is the Undisputed British Heavyweight Champion, OTT Wrestling and NEW. Ospreay also remains active in NJPW through the company's Strong tapings, where he claims to be the real IWGP World Heavyweight Champion.
