Will Ospreay Wants To Go On Strictly Come Dancing

Will Ospreay has emerged over the last few years as one of the best in-ring talents on the planet, but he doesn’t want to stop there, as he has set his sights on becoming the best dancer too. 

In a tweet on X, Ospreay was very open about his desire to appear of British celebrity dancing competition, Strictly Come Dancing;

“I will be the first wrestler on strictly come dancing. @BBCOne”

The show has featured an array of celebrities from all backgrounds over the years, including plenty of sports stars - but never a professional wrestler. Ospreay is rising in prominence as the most notable British wrestler in the world right now, so if he’s interested the show should snap him up. The USA’s version of the show, Dancing With The Stars, has featured wrestlers such as The Miz and Chris Jericho in the past.  When looking at Ospreay’s in-ring ability, insane agility, and incredible high-flying feats, it is easy to imagine him fitting right at home on the dancefloor. His highest star rated match is currently six and a quarter, but he’d no doubt get a SEVEEEN on Strictly.
