William Regal Added To WWE Active Roster Page

William Regal may be making more appearances on WWE TV.

Regal is once again listed as an active talent on the WWE roster page on WWE.com and he has been re-added to the NXT roster. Back on December 27, 2023, Regal was not listed as having a WWE brand. 

Regal has been back in WWE since the start of 2023, having returned to the company as Vice President of Global Talent Development. This came after Regal asked All Elite Wrestling not to pick up the option in his contract. 

A stipulation of Regal's AEW exit was that he couldn't appear on WWE TV in 2023 but he ended up resurfacing on WWE programming on January 23, 2024 when he congratulated Ava on her appointment as NXT General Manager. 

Regal made another shock return at NXT Roadblock on March 5 as he told Charlie Dempsey (Regal's real-life son) that he will have his eyes on No Quarter Catch Crew as they defend the NXT Heritage Cup under the "catch clause." The stipulation allows any member of the faction to defend the trophy without needing to reveal who will be in action ahead of time.
