Women's Tag Team Title Match Set For Next Week's SmackDown
Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez will defend their Women's Tag Titles on SmackDown
Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan are set to face perhaps the biggest challenge of their new reign as WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, as they are set to face the Damage CTRL duo of Bayley and Dakota Kai on next week’s episode of SmackDown.
On this past Raw, Bayley and Kai picked up a non-title win over the champions to set up this title encounter for the May 12 episode, which will be the first edition of SmackDown where the 2023 draft will come into effect.
Morgan and Rodriguez defeated the team of Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus to win the gold a few weeks back, and have since defended the belts against Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville.
With this announcement, next week’s SmackDown is looking like this;
