WWE 205 Live is moving back to Tuesday nights on the WWE Network.

WWE officially announced the move not too long ago, with the show set to go back to its old slot from this week (January 15). Episodes will air after the conclusion of SmackDown Live at 10 pm eastern time.

205 Live has aired on Wednesdays since the start of the second season of Mixed Match Challenge last Autumn. Following the conclusion of the MMC, and even though the show is taped immediately following an episode of SmackDown Live, WWE decided to keep it on it on Wednesdays alongside NXT's weekly TV show.

The new start time will see Cruiserweight Champion Buddy Murphy issue an open challenge to anyone who is under the 205-pound weight limit. This has led many to believe that a new member of the roster will debut.

Murphy, of course, will be defending his title at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view a week from Sunday against Akira Tozawa, Hideo Itami and Kalisto in a Fatal 4-Way match.
