WWE Expected To Be Interested In Dralistico

A current AEW talent may end up joining WWE later this year.

WrestleVotes on Fightful Select has reported that WWE are expected to be interested in Dralistico if and when the luchador is available, with the feeling being that Dralistico could be a significant acquisition for the WWE main roster and Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide.

Dralistico already has locker room support in WWE. His brother Dragon Lee already wrestles for WWE and the siblings filed to trademark their 2022 tag team name of 'Hermanos Lee' earlier this year.

Dralistico - the former Mistico II in CMLL - made his All Elite Wrestling debut in 2022 and he signed with the promotion in October 2023. Dralistico has only had 51 matches across AEW and Ring of Honor over the past four years, however, and his contract is reportedly due to expire in December 2026. Reports have noted, though, that AEW are planning to offer the luchador a new contract.

Dralistico has been off AEW TV since June 2026 due to a US work visa issue, which was reportedly the reason for the 34-year-old posting an AI-generated image of himself behind bars on social media.

What WWE's plans for Dralistico would be is unknown but early pitches within the company have been made to revive Sin Cara, the WWE gimmick portrayed by Mistico and later Cinta de Oro/Hunico.
