WWE Issue Liability Waiver And Release For Fans Attending WrestleMania 37

WWE is taking no chances...

WWE have issued a liability waiver and release that will apply to any fan who decided to attend WrestleMania 37 in person.

WrestleMania 37 will be live from Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 April, with reports suggesting that WWE will have 25,000 fans in attendance for each night of the event.

It will be the first time in over a year that fans have been able to attend a WWE event, with each group split into 'pods' of up to six people, so as to avoid potential cross-over with other groups.

With tickets going on sale this week, and with the COVID-19 pandemic ongoing, WWE have now issued their liability waiver for the event.

The release states individuals purchasing tickets are voluntarily attending the event and understand that there is a risk of 'spreading or acquiring COVID-19 or similar infectious disease' by attending.

The liability waiver goes on to say that, in attending, the persons accept the risk on themselves and that the 'associated parties' (WWE, Raymond James Stadium, and other stakeholders in WrestleMania 37) will not be at fault for any loss, damage or injury.

The full liability waiver and release can be read here.
