WWE have no interest in working with All Elite Wrestling to put together a supershow, one of WWE's key executives has confirmed.

After being asked by Richard Deitsch on the Sports Media podcast about working with AEW to do a combined card, Chris Legentil said: "No interest...There's no shot there that's being fired. It's just to say the answer to your question is that no conversation has been had in relation to that."

Chris Legentil has been a part of WWE since April 2021, joining the company from DAZN. He is the WWE Executive Vice President of Talent Relations and Head of Communications.

Legentil's comments come after AEW CEO Tony Khan said he would be open to working with WWE to produce a supershow between the two companies. Khan admitted, however, that it would be "very challenging" to put together.

All Elite Wrestling and WWE aren't on good terms and the two companies have taken shots at each other ever since AEW was founded in 2019. Tony Khan said earlier this year that AEW and WWE's mutual hatred powers the pro wrestling industry.

While they seemingly won't be working with each other any time soon, WWE and AEW do enjoy a number of partnerships in pro wrestling. WWE are currently working with TNA, GCW, Pro Wrestling NOAH, and Marigold while All Elite Wrestling have partnerships with NJPW, CMLL, and AAA.
