WWE NXT 2.0 Viewership Drops Following Halloween Havoc

A drop in overall viewership

The NXT 2.0 viewership took a not-insignificant drop for the Tuesday 2 November episode, following the success of Halloween Havoc.

According to ShowBuzz Daily, this past week's episode of NXT 2.0 drew in 631,000 viewers, which is a decrease from the 746,000 the brand registered for the Halloween Havoc special last week. It should be noted that the number scored on November 2 is in line with what NXT 2.0 was regularly registering prior to Halloween Havoc.

The November 2 episode of NXT also saw a decrease in the crucial 18-49 demographic, scoring a 0.15 in the key rating. NXT Halloween Havoc a week go registered a 0.18 in the same category.

NXT finished 30th on the cable charts, and faced significant competition from game six in the World Series. Atlanta Braves win over the Houston Astros attracted just under 14 million viewers on Fox. The WWE show also went against an NBA game on TNT and election coverage on Fox News.

The biggest drop in the individual age categories was with males 12-34, where viewership dropped 50 percent from last week.
