WWE NXT Ratings Rise For WarGames Go-Home Episode

A good week for NXT

The November 30 episode of WWE NXT saw a decent rise in viewership as the brand builds towards this weekend's WarGames event.

According to ShowBuzz Daily, this past Tuesday's NXT averaged at 637,000 viewers on the USA Network, which is an increase of 1.9 per cent from last week and is the highest audience total for NXT since the October 26 episode.

In terms of the key 18-49 demographic, NXT achieved a 0.15 rating. While this placement is a tad lower than what has become expected for WWE's developmental brand, the number itself was a 7.1 per cent increase from the November 23 show.

NXT's rise in viewership is more impressive given the strong competition on other networks, with TNT airing two NBA games and ESPN showing two college basketball matches.

This week's NXT saw the final build to Sunday's WarGames show, with two ladder matches to determine the advantage in both the men's and women's matches. The episode was main-evented by Johnny Gargano and Bron Breakker.
